Hartley Wintney

A delightful quintessential English village, situated in North East Hampshire, Hartley Wintney has a wealth of history, surrounded by idyllic countryside. The perfect place for a day out, the village has a wide main street, lined with local businesses, shops and pubs. It is particularly well known for a proliferation of good antique shops, like Hartley Antiques. At the southern end you will find the village green and duckpond (with thatched duck house). The cricket green, home of the oldest cricket club in Hampshire and the oldest, continually played cricket pitch in the world, is behind the shops adjoining a second picturesque duckpond and Dutch-gabled farmhouse.
